Join us this summer for five weeks of beautiful, healing, grounding Dancemeditation. This series can be done on its own or in conjunction with the Thursdays as part of the Dancemeditation ‘at home’ Summer Camp.

Join us this summer for five weeks of beautiful, healing, grounding Dancemeditation. This series can be done on its own or in conjunction with the Thursdays as part of the Dancemeditation ‘at home’ Summer Camp.

Additional to these instructional periods, we can include some of the cleansing dietary guidance typically included during in-person retreats, as well as a few pleasures. These are not obligatory and are offered at no additional donation request. They are here help us connect as a community and to provide in-tandem support for personal healing choices.
