PERFORMANCE: VIRTUAL, LIVE & RECORDED

This collection features performance work created for virtual, live, and recorded platforms.

Daily Dances is a dedicated video project featuring short movement studies drawn from my Dancemeditation practice and created in non-theatrical settings. Designed specifically for viewing, these works create an ambient movement meditation field—an invitation to slow down, observe, and enter a space of presence through the experience of movement. Filmed in everyday environments, the videos explore the relationship between body, place, and awareness, offering moments of reflection, contemplation, and embodied attention.

Live Performance features video documentation of performances presented in theatrical, site-specific, and public settings. Accompanying these recordings are programs, descriptive materials, and other archival resources that provide context for the works, their creative development, and their presentation. Together, these materials offer a more complete record of each performance, preserving both the event itself and the ideas, processes, and collaborations that shaped it.

Dance on Film includes dance works that are improvised or choreographed and specifically created and edited for film presentation. These pieces engage the camera as a creative partner, extending choreography beyond the stage and into the cinematic realm.

Tea Talks is an ongoing monologue series reflecting on meditation, creative practice, and the questions that arise in the making of art.
