Soul Immersion is a 48 hour retreat getaway for self care, movement, meditation, and community. Surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Moonshadow Farms, we will immerse ourselves in aliveness. We will follow our breath, our bodies, and each other. Working alone and in pairs/small groups, we will have wordless conversations that deepen our understanding of ourselves and each other.
Sessions are largely non-verbal. No experience is needed.
Over the course of the weekend, we will dance, cook, eat, and rest together. Simple, nourishing, vegetarian meals will be prepared with some help from each other.
This will be an intimate event. ONLY 12 spots available.
Outside of sessions, participants will have access to the Atlantis pool area, Nature Trails and Lake on The Farm.
About Kryss, your Dancemeditaiton™ Guide:
Kryss received her Dancemeditation™ Instructor Certification in 2008, after completing the multi-year training program with Dunya Dianne McPherson, Founder. Kryss brings a lifetime of dance knowledge ranging from Ballet and Modern to Flamenco, MENAHT and Indian Classical, together with a deep fascination of the functionality of the human body to create a gentle space for rich movement exploration to occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY
This special event is limited in available spots and lodging options. Late cancellations prevent others from participating in the event and have a negative financial impact on the producers of the event. Therefore the following policy has been put in place.

Your registration is complete when we received your full payment. Payments can be made online or in-person. Your space in the immersion and preferred lodging option will not be reserved until full payment is received.
